Bag Blast Sessions
We understand that people want to get fit like a world champion without becoming a fully fledged Ninja.
We also understand that you have a busy schedule and time to get results is limited.
We have spent years developing our boot camp’s and fitness sessions so that they have a martial arts twist along with the desired fitness benefits (Provided you also eat clean).
Our sessions are also time efficient you will train for no longer than 45 minutes with a 30 minute bag blast, strength and conditioning at the heart of the session.
The best news is you don’t have to be an athlete to get started but once you get started you will quickly become more athletic!
What You
Will Gain

Strength:
Through learning Martial Arts techniques and exercises your body will become stronger. This extra strength gained also helps you develop more self worth and confidence.
De-Stress:
This activity is great for releasing pent up stress from either exam study or work.
