Our programme has been designed by a female world champion for women of all shapes and sizes to be inspired and get active as well as progress within the martial arts grade system. 
 
  • You may often stop yourself from starting something new. 
  • You may be worried about having to be a certain weight or fitness level before you get started. 
  • You might be worried about what other people have to say about you joining a martial arts school.

It is designed based on real experience and we fully understand your barriers and fears about getting started.
  • We offer a safe and inclusive environment for all women to train and learn martial arts.

Fitness

With its focus on martial arts techniques and cardio, when undertaken as exercise, the benefits of kickboxing for fitness are indisputable.

Weight Loss

Weight loss is a certainty if you are putting maximum effort into work outs along with a balanced healthy diet. One class of kickboxing can burn up to 750 calories, which is the equivalent of 0.2 lbs. Add conditioning and jump rope sessions, and you could burn up to 900 calories every 60 minutes.

Body Tone:

Offering a total body toning workout, kickboxing engages all of the body’s muscles. Regular participation will strengthen your core, chest, shoulders, and back, define your abs, and give you a smaller waist, and toned arms, legs, and buttocks.

The first areas that will become stronger and more toned are the abs and the core. The reason for this is that to stay balanced during workouts; these muscles will be continuously engaged.
