Our Women's Kickboxing programme
Designed by a female world champion and delivered by an amazing team of instructors for women of all shapes and sizes to be inspired and get active as well as progress within the martial arts grade system.
At our core, we believe in showing the world that “Women Can Do!” Unlike many fitness programs you might have seen, we offer something different. Our team of DBS-checked instructors is here to support you every step of the way, bringing real-life experience and a deep understanding of the challenges you may face when getting started. All our pupils are treated the same, following standardized rules and practices in martial arts. Having a women’s kickboxing class means you’ll have the opportunity to partner and train with other female pupils during lessons.

Fitness
With its focus on martial arts techniques and cardio, when undertaken as exercise, the benefits of kickboxing for fitness are indisputable.

Weight Loss
Developing a good memory is exercise for your child’s brain. Our drills are constantly helping your child think and make smart decisions independently. Starting such exercise early in life will actively help in the development of a better and stronger brain.

Body Tone
The first areas that will become stronger and more toned are the abs and the core. The reason for this is that to stay balanced during workouts; these muscles will be continuously engaged.

Learn a skill
Our pupils benefit from learning simple yet effective self-defence techniques as well as being able to grade to Black Belt.

If you want to see if it is for you then we highly recommend you join our Women’s Kickboxing 6 week Beginner Course.
You will be able to attend two lessons per week which is optimum for learning any sport or activity at the early stages.
